How much do parties cost?

Our prices are based on a few factors including location, the length of your party, and event date. So, while we can't quote a one-size-fits-all price, we can promise you that we can create an incredible experience to fit almost any budget. Contact us today and find out for yourself!

 

Is there an age limit? 

We offer something for everyone and an Ultimate Video Game Party is perfect for all ages.

 

Where will we set-up?  

We can set-up in many driveways, cul-de-sacs, neighborhood parks or school yards. 

 

Can I decide which games are to be played?  

We are very sensitive to the fact that not all games are appropriate for all ages. All booked events have access to the entire Video Game Library. However, as the host, you can choose to remove any game or any rating from your event. For more information about video game ratings, please visit esrb.org

 

Do parents have to supervise?

No. The Ultimate Rolling Video Game Theater is managed by a professional Game Coach who is present at all times. But trust us, you will want to be part of the action.

 

Do you need to plug in?

No. The Ultimate Rolling Video Game Theater is powered by an on-board generator. For any indoor events (yes we can come to your convention center) we will plug in to any 110 power outlet.

 

How many players does the theater accommodate? 

The Ultimate Rolling Video Game Theater is designed to accommodate up to 24 players at a time; 16 players inside and up to 8 additional players can utilize outdoor screens.

 

What if there's bad weather, or it's too hot or too cold?  

The Ultimate Rolling Video Game Theater is self-powered and climate controlled to accommodate most weather conditions. *outdoor gaming is only available if weather permits.

 

What video games are available?  

The Ultimate Rolling Video Game Theater features a diverse library of games for systems XBOX 360, Playstation 3, and Wii. It will be the responsibility of the host to ensure the games selected from the library are appropriate for their guests.

 

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Obviously, the sooner you book the better chance you have at getting the date that you want. We book parties 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. While our calendar fills up quickly, if you are just finding us and want to book a party that's in just a few days, we might have an opening.

 

Do I have to pay for the entire party all at once?

You can secure your date with a $75 deposit, with the full amount due within 14 days prior to your event.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, checks, and PayPal.

 

What happens if I need to cancel?

We will make every effort to reschedule an event. Parties are refundable 14 days prior to your scheduled date (minus the $75 deposit). Parties can be rescheduled to an open date without penalty up to 3 days prior to your event. Any parties cancelled without a 14 day notice are not refundable.

 

What happens if I need to change the location of my event?

The location of your event can easily be changed up until the day of your party. If the changed location is outside of our normal service area, you may be required to pay a minimal fuel charge.
